Ms. Jean-Baptiste joins CICS Longwood Elementary as Principal after more than 4 years serving as principal at Jovita Idár Elementary School. She previously served as an Assistant Principal and Resident Principal at Chicago Public Schools and was a member of the CICS network in previous roles at Civitas. In her time in the education field, Ms. Jean-Baptiste has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the success of her students, families and school communities.

Ms. Glenn was most recently Assistant Principal at CICS Prairie, a school community she has been a part of for 19 years in many roles. Yvonne brings a strong background in Dean leadership as well as family engagement and middle school instructional knowledge.
